Manufacturing Site Certified’s six-acre manufacturing site contains two fabrication buildings, one is 16,000 sf and the second is 5,000 sf. Equipment includes:
2 each 20 ton bridge cranes with 30 ft hook height
2 each 15-ton bridge cranes with 25-ft hook height
1 each 5-ton bridge crane with 16-ft hook height
4 each 2-ton jib cranes with 19-ft hook height
4 each 1-ton jib cranes with 12-ft hook height
1 each 15,000-lb forklift all terrain
1 each 5,000-lb forklift
Full complement of positioners, manipulators and turning rolls
Complete selection of welding equipment covering all processes
Flow test equipment for FAT and flow testing of completed systems
The site is completely concrete paved site for safe movement of heavy loads. Shipments of packages with single components of over 100 tons in weight and physical dimensions of greater than 80 feet length have been successfully delivered from the site.
