Certified Technical services is a leading heavy, industrial general contractor with our own industrial manufacturing facilities where we can fabricate process plant components and engineered packaged systems for field installation.
Company History
1986: Certified is founded as a industrial general contractor serving the Houston Ship Channel area.
1998: Certified builds a state-of the art industrial manufacturing and fabricating complex in Pasadena, Texas, allowing us to broaden our service expertise into more complex manufacturing and field services.
2000: Certified acquires Maintenance Mechanical, positioning ourselves as a world leader in the measurement of liquids and gases to further solidify our capabilities as total solution provider of industrial process projects.
Over these last two decades, Certified has successfully completed literally thousands of projects that improved the process operations of our clients.
World Headquarters
Certified is strategically located within 50 miles of over 80% of the worldwide petroleum and petrochemical industry. Our corporate facility and manufacturing complex in Pasadena, Texas offers strategic capabilities for the planning and execution of projects regionally and worldwide. The close proximity to the Houston Ship Channel offers unique logistical advantages for shipments of modular packages and components worldwide overseas and coastal US locations.
With corporate offices located next to the manufacturing and fabrication plant, Certified is able to assure complete integration of planning and scheduling operations and efficiently utilize our resources and experienced project management personnel.
